Thailand Golf Booking Term and Conditions
| 1. | RATES.
Rates are applicable only when reservation is made through 99Venus. |
| 2. | RESERVATION.
All reservation will be proceeding only if you fill our Reservation
Form completely and properly. Your reservation will be replied within
2 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed, our Customer Service
staffs will contact you immediately. The registered person in the
reservation form is personally liable to pay all charges in full to
the 99Venus pursuant to the reservation made. To secure your reservation
we have asked registered person's Passport No. in our reservation
form. The reservation made through 99Venus is not transferable. |

PAYMENT. All golf expenses as well as any other services such as transportation booked will be charged by 99Venus to your credit card. a. 50% Deposit payment as a Non-Refundable will be charge to your credit card to guarantee your reservation and you will receive the official confirmation of your reservation from 99Venus. b. Balance of Payment will be charged to your credit card : 10
days before arrival date for less than 8 players Inability to
collect any payment on a timely basis will make the reservation
subject to automatic cancellation. |
| 4. | INVOICE.
After
having confirmed your reservation, break down of invoice is clearly
stated and sent to your email address. All transaction will be done
in US Dollar currency. This amount (in US Dollar currency) which will
be charged to your credit card. |
| 5. | CONFIRMATION
BOOKING LETTER. A notification of confirmation letter with unique
Confirmation Booking Number generated by our system will be sent
to you after deposit payment has been done. Please print this confirmation
slip and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the
Golf Club, before play is commenced. Original voucher is directly
sent by 99Venus to the respective Golf Club. Only service(s) stated
on the confirmation slip will be on 99Venus account and other expenses
should be on your personal account. |
| 6. | CANCELLATIONS. No refund will be made if the cancellation is done within 10 (ten) days prior to arrival for less than 8 players and 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival for 8 players or more. No refund is also applicable for any unused confirmed reservation or even "no show".

| 7. | THINGS
TO BRING. Soft spike shoes and proper golf attire are required
(collared shirt) for every player. No jeans are permitted. |
| 8. | LIABILITY. Under no
circumstances shall 99Venus be responsible for any loss, expense,
damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise
whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract
or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services
or accommodations as described including, without restricting the
generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s),
rescheduling(s), over bookings, other inconveniences to the client,
through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying
out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national
disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within
the control of 99Venus, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors,
servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services
or accommodations herein. If any accommodations and/or services are
substituted, 99Venus at all times will act in good faith and use its
best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of
a type comparable to those originally contracted. 99Venus in their
sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations
or services. |
| 9. | COMMUNICATION. As we communicate
mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in
case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always
