Term and Conditions for becoming a RUNA Retailer
1.	We require a minimum order of USD 5000 per order and a minimum of 3 pieces per design.
2.	We require a 50% deposit to initiate an order placement to be transferred to our account. And the rest of 50% to be settled 2 days prior to shipment. The delay of the payment will cause the delay in products delivery.
3.	Our price is FOB : Denpasar and we usually use EMS from PT. Pos Indonesia to ship the products, because the offer quite a reasonable price. However you can choose your preferred courier if you have any. PT. Pos Indonesia is giving a tracking that you can use to trace your delivery from their website at www.posindonesia.co.id. Usually you can expect maximum of 7 working days for your products to be arrived starting from the day we ship your products. We will be giving you the packing service at no additional cost, however the shipment cost will be on top of the order.
4.	We will require 6 weeks delivery time that will be count starting from the date we received your first 50% deposit.
5.	Five days prior of your products order finalization we will inform you through email correspondece to enable you to wire the rest of the payment, so to assure there will be no delay from your products arrival.
