ORDER TERM

1. By purchasing our products you agree to the following policies.
2. A 5% discount is offered to any order of $150.00 or more. In addition, we will give you free S&H for orders over $250.00.
3. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We will only ship to the same name and address of the credit card holder. This is to protect people from unauthorized use of their credit cards. We realize this is sometimes an inconvenience, but believe us this is very necessary for your protection and ours.
4. Our Sterling Jewelry comes from outside US Continent but you will not pay for international shipping (see our shipping charges below). Our Jewelry is "On Order" as stock is limited. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your jewelry to get to your door. We do not share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. We use an International shipping company to ship orders (UPS), and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services (PayPal & InternetSecure). These companies have only access to the necessary information you provide us and do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Paypal and InternetSecure do not even share your credit card # and information with 99Venus Jewelry. They process your card and send the payments into our account.
 
5. Through this site, we will only take credit cards and Money Orders through Paypal, and InternetSecure. For personal check and cashier checks, contact us. Orders made by personal checks will be fulfilled when the check has cleared on our accounts. We only ship to areas in the continental United States. International Customers may contact us for other payment and shipping arrangements. Wholesale prices are also available. Please contact us for wholesale orders.
 
6. Since all of our silver work is handcrafted. We can guarantee only the quality of our products. We cannot guarantee that any two pieces will be absolutely identical. An item may be temporarily out of stock. We will email you if this occurs. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
 
7. When you place an order online you will receive emails confirming that order. Please ensure that your correct e-mail address is included. Ordering a product with a wrong e-mail address may complicate and delay the ordering process and delivery. Our website offers a SSL secure server shopping cart system using cookies with PayPal and InternetSecure. We accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Paypal and Money Order. On the order form you can safely enter your credit card number which encrypts all submitted information using the latest encryption technology. We do not have access to your credit card information. InternetSecure and Paypal will transfer the money into our account without giving us your credit card number. You will be automatically notified upon your entrance into the secure payment page. You can check the security status and statements of InternetSecure and 99Venus Jewelry with PayPal, WebTrust and Verisign by clicking on their appropriate links or logos. Paypal makes sending money as easy as sending email. It's a very simple process to sign up with instructions on the PayPal home page. Members can instantly and securely send money to anyone in the U.S. and 37 other countries with an email address. You may also use PayPal on your web-enabled cell phone.
 
8. If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of the time you received your order. Your payment will also be refunded to you or credit will be established towards an other item as soon as our product(s) is returned via a traceable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS express mail, or registered mail). You are always responsible for paying any non-refundable S&H fees. Cost of delivering the exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer. This is of course providing you send us the same piece back that we sent you! (And we do have ways of checking)
 
9. Every care is taken to ensure that the product you order from 99Venus Jewelry arrive in perfect condition with insurance and tracking number. If however you receive an item that is in any way broken or faulty, contact us within 24 hours and return it to us within 7 business days and we will promptly replace it free of charge. For items returned 7 business days or more after the delivery date, a handling charge of $5.00 will be applied. If you make an order and change your mind or see that it is the wrong size, you would have to send it back for a credit minus shipping and handling and re-order it in the size you want (or the one you want). The re-order would be subject to shipping and handling charges like the original order. We will not replace or credit an item that appears to have been damaged through wear and tear.
 
10. In the unlikely event of 99Venus Jewelry supplying your order incorrectly, contact us within 2 working days of delivery with your invoice number and full detail of your order. We will correct any error as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
 
11. All orders of over $250.00 get free S&H plus our 5% discount listed in point 1 of our policies. Otherwise, the cost for the handling of the 99Venus jewelry is only $3.00. The cost of shipping including insurance and tracking number is a flat fee of $5.00 Which brings it to a non refundable total of $8.00 for US. We use UPS services for shipping of the jewelry. If UPS did deliver a package in question, as evidenced by their on line tracking system, we would consider our obligation fulfilled. All orders of over $250.00 require the signature of the purchaser on delivery.
