RATES. The Adventure Rates are valid for online reservation through 99Venus only. The rates are inclusive:

• Insurance
• Transportation from/to the hotel
• Lunch
• Professional Guide with detailed knowledge of customer safety requirements and environment
• Complimentary mineral water

RESERVATION. Adventure Reservation through 99Venus is very easy, all we need is your name and some information about your hotel. The reservation made through 99Venus is not transferable.

You could make your reservation in 3 different ways :

1. Online Reservation by filling our reservation form. You will receive a confirmation message with the payment details. Our customer service will confirm your reservation immediately,

2. Reservation by Fax

To avoid any misunderstandings about the spelling of your name or the number of the tickets that you are requesting a facsimile might help.

3. Reservation by Visiting Our Office

When you are in Denpasar please feel free to come to our office. But do not forget to ask us about selling you some tickets! :-)

Confirmation. Confirmation message When you book your activities on this website you will receive a confirmation message by email. This email will explain once again how the payment is done. You will find your booking code in it and detailed information how to contact us should you have any additional questions.

PAYMENT. Our collectors will come to your hotel one day before your activity date. He/she will bring your voucher and arrive at the hotel between 18.00 and 20.00 hrs.

Your presence is not necessary It is not necessary to wait for our collector if you want to pay in cash. If you want to go out for dinner please feel free to do so! Simply leave the money for the voucher at the reception desk of your hotel. When you return later you will find the voucher of 99Venus Voucher and a receipt about the payment in exchange. The voucher will be collected by the organizer of your activity. It testifies that 99Venus.com has already received your payment. Keep the receipt for your own reference.

Payment in other currencies

We accept the payment in US Dollar or Indonesian Rupiah. If you want to find out the current exchange rate, check the website of the Bank Indonesia International (www.bii.co.id). We use their rates for our calculations. Since all prices on our website are in US Dollar, please use the "sell" column behind the US Dollar, if you want to calculate the amount in Indonesian Rupiah.

Payment by credit card

We are able to accept credit card payments for all activities on 99Venus.com. Unlike many of the tour operators in Bali we do not charge an additional 3% for the usage of your credit card. All prices at 99Venus.com are already inclusive of all our services. You can pay your tickets now either in cash or by credit card.
